Account & Registration

To register, you need an active mobile number, a valid email address, and to be at least 18 years old. Registration is completely free and takes just 2 minutes. Simply provide your name, date of birth, and a password to create your account.

Each mobile number and email address can only be used to create one account. Opening multiple accounts violates 808score's terms and may result in all accounts being permanently closed.

On the login page, click the "Forgot Password?" link. A reset link will be sent to your registered mobile number or email. Click the link to set a new password and log back in.

Go to Account Settings and click on "Verification". Upload photos of the front and back of your NID or passport. Verification is usually completed within 24 hours. Large withdrawals cannot be processed without completing KYC.

If your account is suspended, email support@808score.onl or contact live chat. Once you know the reason, you can submit an appeal with the required information. Accounts are typically suspended due to rule violations or security concerns.
